Tokamak assembles new documents from your own past work. Every sentence carries the passages that support it, every figure is checked against them, and a contradicted claim cannot reach a client copy.
Three things every sentence must survive
Traceable
Citations are captured when the sentence is written, not reconstructed afterwards from a similarity search.
Checked
Support is verified against the cited passages. A claim the passages do not carry is flagged as unsupported or contradicted.
Gated
Client-mode export is blocked while any claim is contradicted or any section is still a placeholder, with the specific reasons listed.
Ask the corpus — and open the source
Grounded chat retrieves from the collections you select, filters for relevance, then answers only from passages that survive. Citation chips open the supporting text beside the thread.
There is no confidence score
A blended float implies a calibrated probability that does not exist. Nobody can act on 0.73. They can act on unsupportedor contradicted.
Cosine similarity is shown as a diagnostic, never as the answer. The numeric gate is deterministic. Entailment checking is model-assisted and imperfect — and the product says so.
